There is a vacancy in our international sourcing team for a motivated specialist who will help us in our international procurement activities. The international sourcing specialist's responsibilities include performing and coordinating all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, and ordering. Our new teammate will also prepare all necessary documentation from Pro-forma Invoices to shipping documents and is responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies.Primary duties and responsibilities:-        Order registration in NTSW and receiving import permissions.-        Follow up and expedite the import process in order to meet ETA.-        Coordinate with CBI to obtain currency allocation.-        Currency purchase from Nima system-        Coordinate with international transportation companies.-        Pursue receiving commercial documents from suppliers.-        Receiving warehouse receipt, clearance and Bill of lading from shipping company.-        Pursue obtaining necessary licenses for customs clearance and following customs procedures.-        Track and Monitoring all Intl. orders from loading to warehouse.-        Good knowledge of NTSW, EPL , CRA system.-        Accurate reporting.Requirements-         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or other related fields. -        At least three years of work experience. -        Highly organized and accurate-        Fluent in English. -        Fluent in Microsoft Office. -         Ability to work well with others and be team-oriented. -         Being active and able to work in a challenging environment.-        Ability to work overtime if required.
