We are looking for a professional data analyst in customer experience team.As a CX data analyst, You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, analysing customer feedback, measuring customer satisfaction, and discover root causes for problems through large sets of data. You will identify ways to enhance customer experience and interpret the results to stakeholders.This role is highly impactful as your analysis are important input to different functions like product, customer care, marketing, and …. to improve process and products. Responsibilities: Extract, audit, and cleanse data required for root cause analysis and generating customer and business insightProvide practical solutions based on insight and business sense Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation based on findings to present to stakeholdersDevelop DashboardsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of data analyzing and related experienceExcellent knowledge of SQL and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBusiness logic and sensePresentation and written communication skills specially in data visualization and storytelling Familiarity or Fluency in Stata / Python/ Tableau is a plus.
