The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly collaborative, and positive professional with a deep passion for design.About the role:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mid-Level Product Designer to design and concept new products and propositions. As our Mid-Level Product Designer, you'll oversee all product design in our universe, and help build our products in an amazing way.Your role will involve:Taking ownership of the design and concepts of new and existing products and propositions across the range of our digital products.Designing high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to your team’s engineers.Be responsible for all visuals across our products starting from concept design to the creation of production-ready assetsWorking closely with a variety of our teams including the development team to help bring our products to life and set the standard for product design worldwide.Closely collaborating with UX research and other product designers to ensure consistent and unified experiences across all productsEstablishing, driving, and improving the design process, quality, consistency, and scalability for all our digital productsHelping to iterate and maintain our Product Design system and library, as well as the Design team's rituals and processes.Having the creative freedom to take our digital products into new directions and to make an impact with your work from day one.About you:To excel in this role, you will need to be someone who can take ownership of your projects from start to finish without supervision. Can you get your hands dirty optimizing workflows and dive into small last-minute design tasks when required? Then you can succeed at our company and help us challenge current setups and systems to improve and scale.This is the kind of background we have in mind for the role:Significant experience creating interfaces, apps, or large-scale websites (B2C, B2B) that have delivered on strategy and success metricsProven ability to solve complex and detailed user problems with simple, effective, and intuitive visual designsComprehensive understanding of user-centered design and how to apply the methodologies to digital developmentSetup the design systems for scaleAbility to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively combined with strong attention to detail.You can hold your corner when collaborating with development teams and working in complex technical SprintsStrong User Experience, User Interface, User Research, User Test & Communication Skills.Experienced with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Project Management Systems.Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Content, and Business Development Teams and establish and streamline processes for efficiency.
