Description / Tasks:Visually and verbally present product solutions necessary for the enhancement of users' experienceClosely collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization (eg usability, findability)Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedbackDesign user-centered interaction models, wireframes, or screen mockups Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Work with other designers to implement designsOptimize product performance through experimentationCommunicate design ideas and prototypes to product owners and engineersKeep up to date with competitor products and industry trends that will impact our usersCreating user flows, personas, and user stories and combining them into directive guidelines for other designers and developersRequirements / SkillsPreviously worked as a product designer in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/startup)Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UIKnowledge of Figma or similar toolsHave a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and able to multitaskWhat makes you outstanding:Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, PhotoshopFamiliar with market (capital and stock) of IranUnderstanding of the HTML and CSS codes
