شرح شغل

Job title : Learning & Development Specialist  A Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist, is a key position in COE team which has the ability to identify the current and future skills/ knowledge requirements of an organization, and creates flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce. As an L&D specialist, job duties will vary, but s/he is mainly responsible for helping the company meet its goals through sound human resources management, and to make our Company a better place to work. To excel in this role, S/he should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of HR functions . Required: - Experience in project management and budgeting. - Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen. - Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods - Experience of working with training and development providers - General understanding of HR and L&D activities Nice to have: - BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or relevant field. - 2 years experience in related jobs. Work Activities :  Planning o Plan for and actively participate in setting Corporate and BUs’ Annual Training Plan and budget .o Plan for running the designed programs in advance to meet L&D objectives, annual training plan .o Plan to improve/implement the always learning culture at the company .o Plan for L&D related Events. Executing (Action) .o Follow up with concerned team to ensure L&D tasks such as running classes, budget controlling will be managed on time. o Design, coordinate and deliver internal training programs in consultation with the qualified managers. o Interpret and provide advice/Assistance to employees on Training policies, procedures, standards .o Provide employees with required information such as time of class, course expectations .o Communicate constantly with VPs, Line mangers, HRBPs, and Head of COE on training plans, L&D activities progress, and improvement .o Prepare, maintain and update training data, such as available courses and approved instructors in platform. o Prepare, maintain and update employee’s training profile and certifications in platform. o Conduct satisfaction training surveys in organizations .o Measure and analyze training effectiveness and make suggestion for improvement .o Make internal communications when required .o Prepare required reports as needed o Keep up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to daily job Controlling .o Ensure that the process of training and onboarding will be done in consistency with approved procedures and policies and regulations .o Ensure budget allocated logically, between the projects and each employee .o Ensure employees are behaving in accordance to the Company policies .o Ensure that L&D procedures are followed and practiced o Ensure about the quality of training .
